Job summary
UpLift is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join our remote, part-time telemedicine team. Conduct video visits, assess and treat patients, and coordinate care with our network of therapists.
This 1099 contract position offers flexible hours, multi-state licensure advantages, and the chance to expand access to insured patients through UpLift’s platform.
Applicants must have active medical license and at least one year of licensed experience.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a licensed Psychiatrist.
- Active medical license in good standing.
- Comfort prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
- Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.
- Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate.
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists.
- Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards.
- Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams.
