Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent, patient-centered psychiatrists to provide psychiatric care through telehealth. Roles are fully remote within the United States, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K depending on patient-care hours and built through remote practice. You will benefit from significant administrative support, malpractice coverage, and access to premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth platforms to deliver reliable care.
