Legion Health, Inc. is hiring psychiatrists (MD/DO) for fully remote telepsychiatry across the United States. Roles are available as full-time or part-time with robust clinical autonomy and comprehensive operational support.

Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K annually, depending on patient-care hours, with weekly pay, malpractice coverage, and access to premium EHR, e-Prescribe, and AI tools to enhance care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology to deliver reliable care.
