Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists in the United States to deliver evidence-based medication management and psychiatric care within a connected network. You will conduct live 60-minute intake appointments and follow-ups, perform evaluations, and coordinate with therapy and coaching services.

Applicants should be board-certified psychiatrists with unrestricted state licenses (PA preferred) and a DEA license.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in Pennsylvania; other states a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space available to see clients.
• Ability to treat a full range of diagnoses and support in-person options.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake assessments and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and adjust medications.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence-based medication management guidelines.
