Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage medications while coordinating with therapists and coaches within a national provider network.

Applicants must be board-certified psychiatrists with unrestricted US licenses and, ideally, an active DEA license. Erie, PA offers in-person care opportunities within Lyra's connected care model.

Competenze

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license to practice in the United States.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Erie, PA.
• Ability to provide care to patients with diverse backgrounds, with in-person options preferred.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Mansioni

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and coordinate with therapy and coaching services in tandem with medical care.
