Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. The role provides predictable W-2 compensation with benefits and flexible scheduling, with minimal administrative burden.

Clinicians handle 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups for a broad patient population across lifespan, supported by a full operational team and in-house referral network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry practice.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
• Patient population across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, geriatric).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
