A telepsychiatry practice is seeking board-certified psychiatrists for full-time and part-time W-2 employment. The role offers predictable compensation and flexible scheduling in a fully remote environment. Psychiatrists will work with a diverse patient population and benefit from minimal administrative burdens, generous employer-paid insurance, and CME support. Total annual earnings range from $300k to $350k+ with a guaranteed productivity incentive for the first six months. This position promotes clinical autonomy and decision-making without undue pressure.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state support.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Coordinate with in-house referral network for therapy.
