Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care with predictable W-2 compensation and benefits. Psychiatrists control their schedule, session length, and patient population within established clinical standards.

We provide full operational support—scheduling, billing, intake coordination, licensing—and a comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health/dental/vision, malpractice coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, parental leave, CME

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry services.
• Set and maintain your schedule within clinical standards.
• Treat patients across lifespan: children to adults and geriatric.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network for seamless care.
• Adhere to telepsychiatry workflows with minimal admin burden.
