UpLift is seeking a Board-certified Psychiatrist for a 1099 part-time, remote role in North Carolina. You will conduct video consultations, diagnose and treat patients, and supervise NPs where required, while collaborating with a network of therapists.

Licensure in priority states and telemedicine proficiency are essential. You will work independently within state telehealth laws, with compensation tied to activity and platform-based care delivery, offering flexible scheduling and remote

Formación

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with active clinical experience.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in priority states.
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Comfort prescribing medications as allowed by state law.
• Skilled with online tools and telemedicine platforms.
• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including prescribing medication when clinically appropriate.
• Provide supervision and oversight to Nurse Practitioners in states requiring collaborative agreements.
• Complete required chart reviews and provide timely consultation support to NPs.
• Maintain responsiveness for collaboration duties per state requirements and UpLift standards.
• Coordinate care with UpLift's network of therapists and other providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide empathetic, evidence-based care while upholding UpLift's standards.
• Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift's engineering and operations teams to improve care delivery.
