Job summary

Lavender is an online psychiatry and therapy office seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for North Carolina clients. Roles can be full-time, part-time, or contract, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model.

Work hours 8am–8pm, seven days a week, with remote setup and supportive mentorship. You will evaluate, plan treatment, and follow up to ensure efficacy, blending medication and therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active North Carolina Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ambitious, client-centric work ethic.
• Must have own computer and quiet workspace for tele-psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care.
• Provide modalities of talk therapy as part of care.
