Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Washington, DC for a telemedicine role. You must be licensed in DC and will provide psychiatric assessments for adolescents and adults on a part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in DC.
• Experience with telemedicine and ADHD treatment standards is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year psychiatry practice required.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up as needed.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms.
• Create and update care plans with clients; complete relevant paperwork and assessments.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with Regional Clinic Directors.
