Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Virginia to provide telemedicine services for a diverse client base, primarily adults and adolescents. You will perform psychiatric assessments, diagnose, and develop care plans in collaboration with clients and clinical teams.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with a compensation range of $130,000–$187,000 per year for 25–35 weekly clinical hours, plus comprehensive benefits and fully remote work options.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Virginia.
• Experience in psychiatry; 1 year required, 3 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up and prescribe medications as needed.
• Create and adjust care plans in collaboration with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on client programs.
