Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide remote telehealth in the evenings and on weekends in Illinois. The role is fee-for-service (W2) with a compensation range of $51,000–$76,000 per year based on 10–15 hours per week.

Clinicians will assess clients aged 14 and up, prescribe as needed, and collaborate on care plans. Sessions run from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, with strong clinical support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's degree in nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience; one year in psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing telemedicine evaluations.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate to reduce symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop care plans and document in records.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors and staff on patient programs.
