Job summary

OptiMindHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Pittsfield, MA to join our outpatient behavioral health team. You will participate in an integrated care model, provide medication management and psychotherapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Licensed in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with PMHNP-BC credentials.
Experience in behavioral health; new graduates are welcome.
PMHNP-BC exam completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

Join integrated care teams in outpatient behavioral health.
Manage medications and provide individual psychotherapy; may conduct family/group therapy and psychological testing as needed.
Determine patient visit frequency and time; focus on autonomy and patient-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians, licensed clinicians, and other staff to deliver high-quality care.
