The position emphasizes access, quality, and continuity, with strong operational support for scheduling and billing and full clinical autonomy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PMHNP experience, outpatient psychiatry background, telepsychiatry comfort, and an unrestricted license.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) is required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations and medication management.
• Comfort with telepsychiatry and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression.
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Utilize an integrated care model with in-house referrals.
• Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing.
• Maintain clinical autonomy in decision-making.
• Balance patient population according to individual preferences.
