Ladders is seeking a remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our leading healthcare client's team in Maryland. This fully remote, outpatient role emphasizes evidence-based treatment and clinical autonomy, with full operational support for scheduling and billing.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of PMHNP experience in outpatient settings, strong telepsychiatry skills, and a license with autonomous practice authority.

Formación

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management
• Comfort with telepsychiatry and electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous development

Responsabilidades

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Utilize an integrated care model with in‑house referrals
• Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing
• Maintain clinical autonomy in decision‑making
• Balance patient population according to individual preferences
