Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Connecticut. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

This is a Fee for Service (W2) role with a compensation range of $70,000–$100,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours weekly. Thriveworks supports remote work, ADHD training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice required.
• Must be licensed and live in the state where practicing.
• Part-time requires 20 hours per week in evenings or weekends.
• No quotas for clients or prescriptions; ADHD clinic training with exam.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on programs.
