Job summary

Lavender, the nurse-owned online psychiatry and therapy office, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide tele-psychiatry visits for clients in Wisconsin. This flexible remote role supports part-time or full-time schedules with a 1099 compensation model and mentorship.

You’ll conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and follow up monthly, using medication, therapy, or a combination.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required and Wisconsin NP license.
• ANCC board certification.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or a combination.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are reached.
• Comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
