Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Independent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to support patients with compassionate care and comprehensive mental health services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a collaborative executive team to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Applicants must be licensed in Oregon with at least 1 year of Psych NP experience, handling adult and/or pediatric populations with both medication management and therapy.

Qualifications

Must be licensed and certified in Oregon.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

Support patients with compassionate care.
Conduct assessments of patients' mental state.
Develop treatment plans to help patients improve.
Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation.
Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
Collaborate with the executive team to create positive patient experiences and outcomes.
