Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Michigan to provide telemedicine care for adolescents and adults with mental health conditions. The role offers a competitive fee-for-service compensation range and a ramp stipend for 30+ weekly hours.

Clinicians will assess and treat symptoms, collaborate on care plans, and follow Thriveworks' clinical guidelines while maintaining high safety standards and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Michigan.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required.
• Licensed PMHNP must be licensed and live in the practicing state.
• In-house ADHD treatment standards training and certification exam are required.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up; provide medication management as needed.
• Create and collaborate on personalized care plans.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Directors on patients, programs, and services.
