Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a Texas-based mental health practice, seeks a Full-Cycle Psychiatric Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist based in Mexico. You will manage claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and collections, primarily using eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Excel, while communicating with patients and insurers in a remote, structured, full-time setup.

The role requires accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and empathy, with 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time, and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on medical billing and full-cycle revenue cycle management experience.
• Recent psychiatric/behavioral health billing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) billing functions.
• Experience with patient and insurance billing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle psychiatric and behavioral health medical billing: claims, posting, AR, collections.
• Review claims, balances, and billing records for accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate denials/underpayments and assist with corrections, resubmissions, and appeals.
