Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on medical billing and full-cycle revenue cycle management.
• Recent psychiatric/behavioral health billing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) billing functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue cycle reporting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and privacy standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle psychiatric and behavioral health medical billing, including claims management, payment posting, AR, and collections.
• Review claims, balances, and billing records to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate and assist with corrections, resubmissions, and appeals for denied/underpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate payment and AR records and documentation of billing activities.
• Utilize eCW to navigate patient accounts, review claims, and generate statements.
• Communicate with patients and insurance representatives regarding billing status.
