Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking psychiatrists to develop realistic psychiatric AI training cases and evaluate AI responses for Japanese practice. The role is fully remote and flexible, paying hourly for expert judgment.

You will produce clinical analyses in Japanese and English, ensure accurate mental health communication, and highlight areas where AI reasoning falls short. Requires medical license and psychiatry training, with fluency in Japanese and advanced English.

Qualifications

• MD or MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Completion of psychiatry residency.
• Valid medical license.
• Fluency in Japanese and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic cases for psychiatric AI training and research.
• Evaluate AI responses through psychological assessments and annotate for Japanese practice.
• Produce clinical analysis and psychiatric documentation in Japanese and English.
• Check AI methods and outputs for accurate mental health communication and identify gaps.
