Job summary

Centene Corp. in the United States is seeking a professional to improve value-based contracts through operational and clinical improvements. You will develop and monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and train provider staff to interpret results.

This remote role supports the US, with occasional travel; a Bachelor's in Business Admin, Finance, Public Health, or related field is required, and 3+ years in value-based contracting or performance improvement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of value-based contracting, managed care, or process and performance improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with provider staff to develop and implement improvements to achieve higher performance.
• Identify key performance metrics to measure provider performance related to value-based contracts.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on KPIs and develop action plans.
• Develop and provide training and support to provider staff on performance metrics and improvements.
• Promote collaboration across provider groups to share best practices and opportunities.
