Job summary

Community Care Plan is seeking a Provider Operations Intern to support education, engagement, and operational tasks for the provider network. The role offers hands-on experience in provider network management and healthcare operations, with up to 29 hours per week and a mix of remote and site visits within Florida.

You will assist with provider outreach, reporting, and process improvements while learning Medicaid and HMO network requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in provider outreach and engagement to ensure understanding of policies and compliance.

• Help track provider compliance with initiatives including data submission, membership growth, and quality metrics.
• Assist in preparing provider education materials and workflows to drive improvements.
• Collect and analyze provider performance metrics and assist in developing action plans.
