Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Provider Network Maintenance Associate to ensure provider data accuracy across systems and support network operations. You will update demographics, credentialing, and contract records, while maintaining compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Provider Relations, Credentialing, Contracting, and other teams to resolve data issues and respond to provider inquiries, contributing to timely reimbursements and high data

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills, typing, and 10-key required.
• Medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update provider demographics, credentialing, and contract data in PacificSource systems.
• Process provider additions, terminations and changes to maintain data integrity.
• Audit provider data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing provider directories to keep them current.
• Verify licensure and Medicare/Medicaid eligibility using approved tools.
