Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Provider Network Maintenance Associate to maintain the accuracy and integrity of provider data across our systems. You will work with Provider Relations, Credentialing, and Compliance teams to ensure timely updates, credentialing, and contract information that supports accurate reimbursements.

Minimum 2 years in an office setting with healthcare data management experience; High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry in provider records.
• Understanding of HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Experience with provider credentialing, contracts, and reimbursements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data.
• Audit provider data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in maintaining provider directories and supporting data integrity.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations, Credentialing, and Contracting teams to resolve data issues.
• Communicate with providers to obtain documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements for data entry and maintenance.
