Job summary

PacificSource seeks a Provider Network Maintenance Associate to maintain provider data accuracy across systems. You will update contracts, credentialing, and reimbursements while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reimbursements.

You will collaborate with Provider Relations, Credentialing, and Contracting teams to resolve data issues, verify licensure and eligibility, and support directory maintenance.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Self-motivated and trainable on new systems.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills, typing, and 10-key required.
• Medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update provider data in PacificSource systems.
• Process provider additions, terminations, and changes.
• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing provider directories.
• Verify licensure, Medicare, and Medicaid eligibility.
• Support monitoring of provider records for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues.
• Communicate with providers to obtain documentation.
• Provide support to team members to maintain effectiveness.
• Identify process improvements for data management.
