Job summary

Astrana Health is seeking a Provider Network Specialist to support operational administration of the provider network, coordinating onboarding, demographic maintenance, and network documentation. You will work with Provider Relations, Contracting, Credentialing, and Market Operations to ensure timely, accurate execution of network activities.

The role is hybrid, based in the San Jose area, with local travel as needed and a compensation range of $85,000 to $92,500 per year, depending on location

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience may substitute.
• 2-3 years of healthcare operations, provider network operations, credentialing, contracting, provider data management, IPA/ACO/MSO experience.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider onboarding activities with internal departments.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist with provider demographic updates, additions, and terminations.
• Coordinate provider roster maintenance and network records.
