Job summary

AmeriHealth Caritas seeks a Provider Network Coordinator to support network development, data accuracy, and issue resolution across the provider ecosystem. You will track activities, assist leadership with education and satisfaction initiatives, and ensure timely updates to provider data and contracts.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and robust administrative support within a national managed care operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare/managed care operations, provider services, network management, or admin support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider network development, tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Assist leadership with provider satisfaction, education, and communication initiatives.
• Support intake, tracking, and management of provider issues and data updates.
• Help create processes for continuous improvement and action plans.
• Perform administrative duties to support Network Management staff.
• Serve as resource for provider setup questions and issue resolution.
• Maintain provider demographics and contract databases.
