Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Enrollment Supervisor to lead a remote team delivering provider enrollment operations for healthcare clients. Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare, healthcare technology and delivery, or MMIS BPO
• Proficiency with CXone, Verint, Avaya or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and spoken communication with team members, customers, and clients
• Ability to make decisions and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of individual contributors for day-to-day operations
• Establish routines, provide coaching, and use metrics to drive performance
• Participate in client-related activities including planning and calibration sessions
• Ensure SLAs are met and handle escalated calls and inquiries
• Remove obstacles and champion change to align work with client needs
