Qualifications

• 2+ years in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Experience managing daily enrollment operations, queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor enrollment teams to ensure efficient operations.
