Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Business Analyst III for Provider Enrollment. The BA III serves as a technical lead, collaborating with agile teams to implement system changes and coordinate requirements with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes accountability, analysis, and communication to improve provider enrollment processes. The position may be eligible for telework, with a day shift and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in developing business or technical requirements for automated systems.
• Experience facilitating review of requirements with stakeholders and working with Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Agile Management: lead PE tech projects with SAFe or similar methods; prioritize epics and backlog items.
• Business Analysis: analyze interrelated systems; align requirements with operations; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Analysis & Requirements: develop PE requirements; assess systems data for changes and new projects.
• Stakeholder Liaison: represent PE in workgroups; prepare reports for leadership.
