Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of combined management and provider data management experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations (claims processing, billing, provider relations).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end provider data entry and setup for claims and directory display.
• Investigate and resolve complex provider data management issues.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to prevent data issues.
• Lead task assignments and manage team workflow.
• Monitor data quality against established benchmarks.
• Facilitate meetings with Health Plan representatives.
• Train and mentor Analysts I, II, and Team Leads.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
