Job summary

CorVel Corporation’s CERIS division seeks a Provider Management Analyst to verify provider information and manage documentation requests to audit medical claims, including itemized bills and medical records. The role emphasizes data accuracy for patients, providers, and clients while maintaining strict PHI/PII confidentiality.

This is a remote position with cross-team collaboration. Key duties include coordinating with leadership, maintaining production standards, and routing misdirected

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of office experience
• Proficient in MS Office and data accuracy requirements

Responsibilities

• Verify provider information and requests for documentation to audit claims (itemized bills, medical records, UB04/HCFA)
• Communicate with leadership on issues or problems
• Maintain production standards and quality of work
• Forward misdirected requests to correct recipient in a timely manner
• Ensure strict confidentiality of PHI and PII
• Outbound calling may be needed
• Assist coworkers and management to accomplish goals
