Job summary

CorVel Corporation's CERIS division is seeking a Provider Management Analyst to verify provider information and requests for documentation used to audit claims, including itemized bills, medical records, and UB04s/HCFA forms. The role emphasizes accuracy of patient, provider, and client data to ensure proper delivery of requests.

This is a remote position; candidates should be able to work independently, have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficient MS Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of office experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify provider information and requests for documentation to audit claims (e.g., itemized bills, medical records, UB04s, HCFA forms).
• Verify patient, provider, and client information for accuracy to ensure proper delivery of requests.
• Communicate with leadership on issues or problems identified.
• Maintain production standards and quality of work.
• Forward misdirected requests to the correct recipient.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records, PHI, and PII.
• Outbound calling may be needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
