CorVel Corporation, including its CERIS division, seeks a Provider Management Analyst to verify provider information and audit claims with sensitive medical data. This remote role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of documentation such as itemized bills and HCFA forms.

You will interact with leadership, maintain production standards, and assist teams to meet goals while handling confidential information with care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of office experience.

Responsabilités

• Verify provider information and requests for documentation.
• Audit claims including itemized bills, medical records, UB04s, HCFAs.
• Verify patient, provider, and client information for accuracy.
• Communicate issues to leadership and forward misdirected requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of all medical records (PHI/PII).
• Provide outbound calls as needed.
