Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Proposals and Contracts Specialist to support clinical research initiatives from RFP through client signature. You will manage contracts and strategic proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs while delivering high-quality client deliverables on time.

In a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you will coordinate budgets, soliciting SMEs, negotiate terms, and map risks to drive successful study proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or similar environment.
• Standard knowledge of proposal and contract management principles, pricing structures, and data systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Ability to work from home and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP process from receipt to delivery.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with Parexel templates.
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and modify strategic proposals and budgets.
• Lead client meetings to negotiate costs and terms.
• Ensure documents align with client specs and SOPs.
• Maintain data in systems like Salesforce.
