Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Graphic Designer to support the Business Development and Marketing/Communications teams. You will create proposal graphics using Kentro design standards in Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint, and design brand assets for campaigns, events, digital channels, and internal communications.

Location: Remote within the United States with Eastern Time working hours. Compensation ranges from $80k to $100k annually, depending on experience, location, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design in a corporate/business environment.
• Experience in government contracting proposals and understanding of the RFP process.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong self-motivation and communication skills while working remotely.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of Word Template design and desktop publishing.
• Portfolio demonstrating proposal graphics and marketing design across print and digital formats.
• Experience designing for social media, web, email, events, and large-format print; print-ready file preparation and vendor coordination.
• Experience applying and maintaining corporate brand guidelines across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to conceptualize processes and ideas for proposal graphics.
• Develop graphics consistent with Kentro branding and compliant with RFP requirements.
• Suggest space-saving and message-clarity improvements in designs.
• Edit/update graphics in Illustrator and validate contents with proposal managers.
• Conduct quality reviews of graphics and maintain version control.
• Produce high-quality content for presentations using Illustrator and PowerPoint.
• Attend kick-off meetings and track proposal schedules.
• Design marketing and communications materials across print and digital formats (capability statements, one-pagers, brochures, white papers, case studies, annual report).
• Create social media graphics, web graphics, email headers, and digital ad creatives.
• Design event and trade show materials, including booth displays, banners, signage, decks, and giveaways.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors on proofs, specs, and deadlines.
• Produce visual assets for podcasts, webinars, and videos (cover art, thumbnails, motion graphics).
• Design internal communications materials and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain branded templates and a library of icons/imagery.
• Apply Kentro brand guidelines across deliverables with MarComm.
• Manage proposal deadlines and MarComm requests with Growth and MarComm leadership.
