Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Graphic Designer to support Business Development and Marketing/Communications. You will create proposal graphics in Illustrator and PowerPoint, ensure brand consistency, and design marketing materials for print and digital channels.

The role supports remote work within the United States and aligns with ET working hours. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in corporate graphic design, strong branding skills, and experience with RFP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5-7 years of graphic design experience in a corporate/business environment.
• Experience in government contracting proposals/RFP processes.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Portfolio demonstrating proposal graphics and marketing design across print and digital formats.
• Experience designing for social media, web, events, and large-format print; print-ready file prep and vendor coordination.
• Experience applying and maintaining brand guidelines across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal graphics compliant with Kentro branding for RFPs.
• Create marketing materials across print and digital formats (brochures, white papers, case studies).
• Produce visual assets for presentations, social media, web, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with print vendors and ensure proofs meet specifications.
• Maintain and evolve branded templates and a shared asset library.
• Support events with booth displays, signage, and branded collateral.
• Collaborate with MarComm and Growth teams to meet deadlines and priorities.
