Qualifications

• B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related degree required.
• 3-5+ years of professional working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI platforms for content generation, research, or productivity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission.
• Prepare and format proposal documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Develop and edit proposal content with clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Generate and manipulate proposal data, tables, and summaries in Excel.
• Create compelling presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• Support content management for proposal libraries and past performance databases.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize AI platforms to improve proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Track proposal schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with post-submission debriefs and lessons-learned documentation.
