Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Property Management Specialist to support our growing U.S.-based property management clients by overseeing daily property operations, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

If you have experience in property management, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, guest services, property operations, or hospitality coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Property Management or related fields such as short-term rentals, vacation rentals, guest services, or hospitality coordination.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or short-term rental operations preferred.
• Strong English communication, customer service, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term rental and vacation rental properties and daily property operations.
• Handle guest communication across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, email, phone and messaging.
• Resolve guest concerns, complaints and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams and property-related requests.
• Monitor property maintenance, supplies, inventory and overall property standards.
• Maintain accurate Airbnb, Vrbo and property listings.
• Process guest refunds and track property damage claims.
• Maintain SOPs, property records, reports and operational documentation.
