Job summary

AXA XL Risk Consulting in the US seeks a property and natural hazards risk consultant to assess exposures and provide actionable risk control recommendations. You will collaborate with AXA XL engineers to serve clients across territories, including onsite visits and detailed reporting.

The role requires an engineering or science degree, strong communication, and the ability to travel 20-25% while working in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science-based undergraduate degree.
• Outstanding knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets and local requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply engineering experience to a broad range of property risk controls and assess exposures.
• Ability to work with clients and teams across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits to assess property and Nat Cat exposures and develop detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with AXA XL Risk Consulting engineers to serve clients.
• Build credibility with clients and demonstrate value of risk control services.
• Travel approximately 20-25% to service U.S. territories.
