Job summary

The Canal & River Trust is seeking a Property Data & Systems Manager to lead the data, systems and reporting for its diverse property portfolio. • Extensive experience in property management and data handling.
• Ability to lead a specialist team and manage complex data.
• Experience with MRI Horizon or equivalent systems.
• Understanding GDPR and data protection in commercial property.

• Own and develop the Trust’s property data within MRI Horizon.
• Deliver high-quality reporting and insights for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of property systems and processes.
• Oversee property insurance data and manage risk.
• Lead Information Governance and GDPR compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of data specialists.
