Job summary

You will set up claims, secure statements and records, interpret policy language and liability, and prepare settlements with attention to thorough documentation and timely resolution. This role may involve field work and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Approximately 3 years of claims experience.
• AIC or state property & casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle higher-duty claims under supervision.
• Set up claims, collect loss reports and policy details.
• Secure statements, medical records, police reports, and diagrams.
• Interpret coverage and liability, prepare denials when needed.
• Prepare settlements and related worksheets; close cases.
