Venbrook is seeking a QA Unit File Reviewer to join our growing remote team. You will review claim files and ensure estimates are written accurately and in line with policy guidelines and coverage.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential property claims, strong Xactimate skills, and the ability to explain findings clearly to adjusters, with a track record of maintaining QA standards in a remote environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of residential property claims experience.
• Prior field experience handling property claims and preparing estimates.
• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of homeowners policies and coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with standard business software.

Responsabilidades

• Review property claim files for accuracy and compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Evaluate estimates to confirm scope, pricing, and coverage are applied correctly.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and leakage, and document findings clearly.
• Help develop and maintain QA standards, checklists, and best practices.
• Support training and coaching efforts based on review findings.
