Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to resolve claims efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust property claims up to $500,000 exposure.
• Evaluate coverage and terms to determine claim validity.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
