Job summary

Windward Risk Managers is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in personal and/or commercial property insurance to support policy and claims systems. You will partner with underwriting, product, operations, compliance, and IT to gather and translate requirements into actionable system changes.

You will create user stories, assist testing, and help resolve production issues while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in P&C insurance.
• Experience eliciting requirements and collaborating with IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate underwriting/claims guidelines into functional system requirements.
• Support enhancements and configuration of policy/claims systems.
• Create user stories, flows, documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in testing validation, defect triage, and production support.
