You will handle property and auto claims with a focus on excellent customer service, timely resolutions, and thorough documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this remote role.

Formación

• 1-3 years of insurance claims, customer service, risk management, or related experience.
• Residence in North Carolina, South Carolina, or adjacent state with remote work availability.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process and adjust property and auto claims in a remote setup.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve claims timely and fairly.
