Location: Louisville, KY. Independent Contractor (1099) with initial capital up to $50,000, scaling toward $500,000+. Profit-based compensation from 65% to 90%, with no cap on earnings.

Candidates should have 2+ years of active options or forex trading, a solid market understanding, and disciplined risk management to thrive in a results-driven community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading.
• Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics.
• Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement.
• Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high-probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets.
• Use options Greeks (delta, gamma, theta, vega) to construct positions with deliberate exposures.
• Apply portfolio-level risk controls to manage concentration, correlation, and drawdown.
• Review fills, P&L, and execution quality daily to refine your trading process.
• Keep an organized trade journal capturing both quantitative and qualitative observations.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions as desired.
